We at Kingdom Roof and Fence are currently looking to fill a project manager position at our company. Here's a list that will be required of a potential candidate:
**You will be required to manage fencing and/or roofing crews on projects so having a basic understanding or one of both trades is a definite plus. If you don't have the experience or trade knowledge, we are willing to put you in a "on the job training" program to get you up to speed.
**You must have reliable transportation to effectively perform in this industry. We are firm in our position that you need an SUV, van or truck to lead in this industry.
**Advanced mathematics is not required for this position but we deal with many numbers on our projects. Reading a tape measure, lining out linear feet, square feet and roofing square is a must but can be taught. Simple addition, subtraction, division and multiplication can be performed with a calculator but simple math should be able to be done in your head accurately.
**Since our business deals with many clients from different backgrounds, being a "people person" is an absolute must. Sales, upgrades and communication skills are needed to keep any project going smoothly. This is a requirement that cannot be overlooked. If you're bilingual, that is a definite plus but not necessary.
**Although this business has a very flexible schedule, you will be required to be available to work from sunrise to sunset Monday thru Saturday. We don't normally work these hours everyday but being available to work these hours is important to get the job done.
